I will guide and lead you through a 45 minute swim session based on your fitness goals and swimming ability. This session is suitable for all competent swimmers from intermediates through to competitive. Rather than just swimming for 45 minutes, you will be provided with a programme and coached through each aspect of it. Imagine having a personal trainer for the pool!

We invite swimming and triathlete clubs to use the facilities.  We have a 17ft SwimExpert Spa with 10 available speeds, upto 7mph, an indoor gym and outdoor exercise area.
Coaching Teams can video their swimmers and then use the heated cabin to review the footage and provide feedback.
The private gym and outdoor area are ideal for land training.
This is the ideal package for Clubs to bring a small group of swimmers to.

Using the latest HD underwater camera and analysis tools, this is the ideal session to find those minor changes needed to make improvements in your stroke efficiency.
We will record your swim from several angles, both above and underwater.
We will then review the footage together and you will receive immediate feedback.
Back in the pool, we will use drills to assist in adapting the stroke based on the analysis.  Constant feedback will be provided.
121 session in a private pool

45 minutes • £14.50 per session or a block of 10 for £135.
Swim against the current in this private pool.  With views over the countryside, you can swim at different speeds with no-one getting in your way! 
This session is a private session in the pool.  It is not coached or monitored.  I can provide a training session for you to follow for an additional charge

The SwimExpert Spa is an ideal pool to use for pace setting.  The speed of the current can be adapted to the required pace.
After a short consultation, I will write a customised session for you. We will set the required pace and will swim sets at speed to build up your speed endurance and lactate tolerance.  As the current dictates the speed you have to swim, there is no option for "taking it easy."
This session is also suitable for open water swimmers who need to swim at a required pace

Are you looking to "fine tune" your swimming stroke?  Are you on a plateau with your swimming times?  Are you looking to improve your endurance speed in open water?
This session is ideal if you are a competitive swimmer, triathlete, open water swimmer or a master swimmer.
I am a Head Coach of a local swimming club with years of experience in coaching all levels of competitive athletes. I will analyse your stroke, provide feedback and go through drill options with you to make those necessary improvements

If you have a fear of water or are a nervous swimmer who would like to learn to swim in a private pool, we are here to help.  I am an ASA swimming teacher and full time Head Coach to a local swimming club.  
I can be in the water with you or on the poolside.  Our pool is at a raised level to aid communication and is heated.
If you would like to swim with your children or grandchildren but have always been too nervous to learn in a busy pool or group environment, then please get in touch
